Who is the door to door service for
compagnies, research centers , administrations, executives and managers, their French and foreign clients, private individuals, tourists, families.

Grenoble and the whole metropolis, Voiron and its region. The Gresivaudan area as far as Touvet, southern region of Grenoble?

Two different systems

- a private shuttle : reserved for one client only (but able to carry many passengers).
- a common shuttle : in the same time-slot and on the same route, there is a possibility to divide the journey with other clients (attractive Fares).The final timetable is determined by the conveyor, but within the limits of one hour in comparison with the initial request of the customer.

Un plus
Going from the airport to Grenoble, there is a possibility, in case of an earky return, to use the regular bus service to Grenoble train-station where a vehicule will come to drive you home.

Retards des avions
L'attente d'un avion arrivant en retard ne pourra excéder 1 heure par rapport à l'haure théorique d'atterrissage. Au-delà, un supplément de 16 €/heure est applicable pour chaque nouvelle navette, la tarification des navettes privées est appliquée.

Annulation - non respect des réservations
- Pour une annulation intervenant moins de 24H avant la prise en charge, et n'ayant pas nécessité le déplacement d'un chauffeur, une facturation de 20 € pour frais de dossier, est appliquée.
- Si une annulation intervient au dernier moment alors que le chauffeur est déjà parti chercher le client, ou que le non respect de la réservation entraîne un parcours à vide, la facturation normale d'un trajet au tarif de la navette privée sera appliqué, y compris les suppléments ou sur la base de 0,80 €/km selon la distance parcourue.

Bagages
Bagages gratuits dans la limite de 20kg/personne + bagages à main.
Au-delà, supplément de 5 €/bagage.
